Reserving Space on Campus
Conference and Events Services serves over 120 student clubs and organizations and 20 chapters of fraternity and sorority organizations. They can help you plan your weekly club meetings and practices, recruitment events, philanthropic events, sporting tournaments, and much more!

When you complete the online event request form, the form will go to your club advisor, once they sign off, then it comes to the Student Involvement Office. Once we approve it, then your request for space will be sent to Conference and Events Services which is the department that facilitates the reservation. Keep in mind that this process can take time to get confirmed so plan ahead!
